Patrick Snyder
Patrick is a retired Professional Engineer who came to Belize 5 years ago.
Born and raised in Quebec but lived half his life in British Columbia, Canada.
Having once travelled to Belize in the late 90’s while also learning a lot more about the country and its friendly residents through his Brother who now has lived in Belize for 20 years, Patrick once again came for a visit in 2011 and decided to stay. He is now a permanent resident of Belize.
In 2012, he was offered the opportunity of joining the CPC team and leaders in Belize Real Estate. The opportunity, on top of being a CPC Agent, included opening as well as managing a new CPC Real Estate in Punta Gorda to serve the Toledo District.
This would be the 1st and still to this day, the only Real Estate Office in The Toledo District.
Wanting to stay active and be part of a community as well as use his knowledge and experiences, Patrick jumped on the occasion.
Having, throughout his successful career in Business Administration and Business Ownerships being part of multiple purchases and sales of Real Estate either Residential, Commercial, Land, Farms or Ranches including Commercial and Residential Developments, combined with having a great sense of Ethics and Professionalism as well as being hardworking, honest and having an outgoing approach, Patrick has so far been very successful in acquiring listings and selling many properties in the Toledo District.
